We offer a 15% group discount anytime with the purchase of five or more tickets. Military, emergency services, and healthcare workers can receive a 15% discount at the door when they show their ID (not available online). Everyone who enters the bounce park must purchase a ticket even if they just intend to watch and not jump. This is to ensure the park does not exceed maximum capacity as well as to conform to insurance and liability mandates. If your children are 8 years of age or older they can go in the park alone if you do not wish to jump. We have a waiting area near the entrance with shade tents, tables, chairs, and concessions. If your children are 7 years of age or younger, an adult or guardian (18 years or older) must accompany them inside the park.

Yes, all jumpers must wear socks inside the bounce house. If you forget to bring or wear socks, we have socks available for purchase. Grippy socks are not required. Regular socks are acceptable.

Yes, you can exit and reenter the park at any time during your session. Just show the park attendant at the entrance your wristband and you are good to go!
Our age session offerings may vary by event and day. You can check to see what we have available when tickets go on sale for a specific location. We usually offer a session for children 7 and younger with their parents and we also sometimes offer an adult session for ages 16+. Most of our session times are for all ages. During these general sessions, there is an area designated for children ages 7 and younger and their accompanying guardians called the “Kiddie Corner” that provides a safe place to play with miniature attractions. Toddlers must be supervised by a guardian at all times, both in this designated play area and outside of it.
Please notify a park attendant if you witness any unsafe behavior during your session so they can quickly address the problem and ensure everyone’s safety. Attendants are also patrolling the park to ensure that all patrons are following park rules.
The park material can get hot during warmer months or in very sunny conditions. There is constant airflow throughout the park so this helps regulate it, but the required socks will also help protect against discomfort. Please check the weather ahead of time and wear sunscreen if necessary and drink plenty of water. We have shade tents on site and beverages for sale to help keep you cool when you need a break from the action.
Please notify a park attendant if you or someone in your party requires assistance or aide. They can help you exit the park and get you the help you need.
Notify a park attendant if you have trouble finding your child and they can make an announcement over the PA system requesting that your child come to a meeting location.
You should consult your doctor before entering the park with any existing injury to see if the activity is advisable. As long as we can inspect the cast or brace and determine that no part of it is sharp or could potentially damage the park, we will allow you to participate with clearance from your doctor.
